What Patrons say about ALL IN

Bonnaroo Patron
“I first met Holly Maniatty in 2014 at Bonnaroo. As a camper, I require accommodations for health reasons which have allowed me to interact with Holly and her team for over 7 seasons of festivals.
Holly’s caring demeanor and go-getting attitude have been more than just appreciated by my fellow ADA campmates and me. We have come to rely on her for solutions to problems that we were/are unable to solve on our own at such a large festival.
Being able to enjoy the music and feel normal in such a situation is an unmatched feeling. I look forward to many years of continued attendance due to the safe and inclusive atmosphere Holly and her Team have created for those of us who are in need of assistance.”

“My first professional interaction with Holly Maniatty occurred in 2016, with her assistance, we were able to build an Activities program catering to, and promoting inclusivity among, ADA Campers and non-ADA Campers.
Without the leadership and energy that Holly brought to that project, we would not have had any measurable success.
We are ever grateful to her commitment to helping establish and maintain our program. We are even more grateful for her tenacity and work ethic that came to be relied on throughout this relationship. I look forward to many years of continued collaboration.”

“Holly is a hard-working, success-oriented trainer, educator, manager, and facilitator of Access/ADA programs and services. I have observed Holly in action for almost ten years managing the Bonnaroo Access Department. I’ve watched her handle a multitude of different issues with professionalism and a smile on her face. She truly loves her work, and it shows in her work and attitude. The festival patrons and her team love her. No matter the circumstances, Holly leads through her calm example and is able to bring together highly efficient and effective Access/ADA teams.
She is a creative problem-solver and has extensive experience working with diverse multi-cultural populations. Holly’s areas of expertise, include motivating and mentoring, coaching, collaboration, team building, customer service, process improvement, development and implementation of work systems.
I have been to countless music festivals over the years. And have experienced many different Access/ADA programs over the years. I can say with 100% confidence and certainty that Holly Maniatty’s Access/ADA company provides the best services for all size festivals and events.”
“I have had the pleasure of knowing and working alongside Holly for the last 7 years and I can say with confidence that she is a bright light in this world. She is one of the most knowledgeable, passionate, curious, hard-working, and driven ADA professionals I have ever met. She is an incredible leader whose talent and creativity are endless; she is a master of brainstorming, organizing, planning, strategizing, and executing, as well as evaluating and reflecting on ways to do better the next time around. She has a deep understanding of all things ADA and has an infinite passion for the communities she serves.
She is an expert in operations who consistently advocates for the best patron experience and then thinks critically and creatively about how to tactically generate that experience, regardless of the functional area it may be realized. When she has a vision, nothing will stop her from bringing it to life. She is a tackler of obstacles and a solver of problems, and her attention to detail is akin to that of a surgeon.
I have watched her do absolutely phenomenal work on Bonnaroo Music Festival’s extensive Accessibility program, which involves so many moving parts and requires cross-collaboration with a variety of teams. Despite having an immense number of responsibilities and fires to put out, she still provided patrons with personal, 1:1 attention and support, ensuring they felt heard. She wore several hats and still managed to not only build and lead an incredibly empathetic and collaborative team but also foster genuine connections and a sense of community amongst our “Access family” – AKA our team and patrons.
Holly makes a positive impact on everyone she meets. It’s clear from the excitement our patrons express upon being reunited with Holly each year, and the deep respect her team has for her. It’s clear from the enthusiasm, and dedication her team shows toward the work we do thanks to her teaching skills, mentorship, the program she built, and so much more. She does not only make a great first impression on people – but she also creates an admirable, long-lasting one.”
