Holly Maniatty, CI/CT, NIC: Master, is the founder and owner of All In Events. With over 22 years of experience as an interpreter, she is celebrated for her dynamic and energetic interpretations of live music performances. Born in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and educated in Rochester, NY, Holly earned degrees from both RIT and the University of Rochester.
Career Highlights
Holly has gained widespread recognition for her work in interpreting at music festivals and concerts, bringing music to life for Deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences. Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse range of artists, including Jay-Z, Wu-Tang Clan, Snoop Dogg, and Bruce Springsteen. Her exceptional skills have also been recognized by major media outlets such as The New York Times, The Huffington Post, Rolling Stone, and Jimmy Kimmel Live!
From Interpreting to Accessibility Consulting
Transitioning naturally from ASL interpreting, Holly began offering accessibility consulting for live events over the past decade. Her efforts have helped make events like Bonnaroo, Life is Good, Governor’s Ball, Sound on Sound, Music Midtown, and many others accessible to all attendees.
Skills and Approach
Holly leverages her corporate management experience to excel in coordination, administration, staff management, and site management. Her attention to detail ensures thorough event planning and meaningful interactions with patrons with disabilities. Many attendees have expressed appreciation for Holly’s dedication, often returning year after year.

Certifications and Expertise
Holly’s passion for accessibility is reflected in her extensive qualifications. She is a Certified ADA Coordinator, a graduate of FEMA’s Incident Workforce Academy, trained as a Disability Disaster Integration Specialist, and an RID Certified ASL Interpreter at the Master Level.
Richard Brewer
Her partner, Richard Brewer, who is a part of the ALL IN Core Team, is a retired police officer of 20 years. He is a Purple Heart recipient as a veteran of the USMC, served in Paris as a member of the Marine Corps Embassy Security Guard & private security for many US diplomatic missions. Later in life he expanded his commitment to community service by teaching at the American Community School of Beirut and later at Cheverus Private High School. He is a certified Peer PTSD counselor.
