ZACK FOSTER, ADAC

Zack’s commitment to accessibility stems from a deeply personal place. As a childhood cancer survivor and Make-A-Wish recipient, he experienced firsthand what it means to feel included—and how meaningful experiences can shape a person’s life. That early perspective became a driving force behind his work in the accessibility space and has guided his approach to event design across every role he’s held. For more than a decade Zack has worked in the live events industry dedicated to building experiences that are welcoming, immersive, and accessible for all. Zack joins the ALL IN team and leads Event Experience.Zack brings empathy, strategy, and operational knowledge to every collaboration. He believes the best events aren’t just attended—they are felt, and when designed with care, can leave lasting impact long after the lights go down.

In The Media

Moments Seen, Mission Unchanged
While several videos of Holly interpreting ASL have gone viral, including her interpretation of Rap God, her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and a performance alongside Waka Flocka Flame, the attention has never been the goal. In fact, navigating viral visibility has been challenging. Holly’s focus has always remained where it belongs: on the patrons she serves and the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community she shows up for every day. These moments may have reached millions, but her work is grounded in something far quieter and more meaningful, ensuring access, respect, and presence for those who rely on it.
